New York Divorce Lawyer Ashley Mahserjian received her Juris Doctorate with Honors in 2014 from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida.

While at Florida Coastal, Ashley interned for the Family Nurturing Center facilitating supervised visitations between parents and their children as a result of Court Orders. Ashley also interned in Saratoga County for the Legal Aid Society providing legal services to low income clients.

Ashley received her B.A. degree in History in 2010 from Hartwick College in Oneonta, New York, minoring in Race and Ethnicity as well as Women’s and Gender Studies. While at Hartwick she worked closely with the Salvation Army and various other non-profit organizations focusing primarily on community service.

In 2011, Ashley lived in Yerevan, Armenia for a period of three months. While there, Ashley worked at a Rape Crisis Center where she assisted in addressing the issues of sexual violence and harassment against women in Armenia. Ashley taught self-defense classes, English lessons and peace-building workshops and was politically active in areas of Domestic Violence and Women’s Healthcare.

Upon her return from Armenia, Ashley interned at the Saratoga County District Attorney’s Office focusing primarily on Criminal and Domestic Violence matters.

New York Divorce Lawyer Ashley Mahserjian is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Saratoga County Bar Association and the Italian American Bar Association.

Ashley resides with her Husband in Troy, New York.
