No Hidden Fees - No Surprises
Separation Agreement Only
$345 - NO Filing Fees
Requirements: You and your spouse would like to be legally separated and you do not have a formal written New York State Separation or Settlement Agreement.
A Separation or Settlement Agreement outlines all of your family issues, including the division of property, child custody, child support, and spousal support.
This option applies to you if you want to be legally separated but you do not have a written Separation or Settlement Agreement. You and your spouse must have discussed and agreed upon the terms that you will include in your Separation Agreement.
Only one spouse can retain our firm. The spouse retaining our office will complete our online forms.
We will prepare a formal written Separation or Settlement Agreement that complies with New York law. We will not prepare the papers necessary to finalize your Divorce. One year after you and your spouse sign your Separation Agreement, you may retain our firm to obtain a Conversion Divorce.
This option does not include any negotiation by our office attorneys to finalize your Agreement.

Separation Agreement Divorce - Our Most Popular Option
$595 Plus Filing Fees*
Requirements: You and your spouse would like to obtain a divorce, but you do not have a formal written New York State Separation or Settlement Agreement.
To obtain an uncontested divorce, you will need a Separation or Settlement Agreement that outlines all of your family issues, including the division of property, child custody, child support, and spousal support.
This option applies to you if you do not have a Separation or Settlement Agreement. You and your spouse must have discussed and agreed upon the terms that you will include in your Separation Agreement.
Only one spouse can retain our firm. The spouse retaining our office will complete our online forms.
We will prepare a formal written Separation or Settlement Agreement that complies with New York law. We will then prepare all of the papers necessary to finalize your Divorce, which will include a Judgment of Divorce that incorporates all of the terms of your Separation Agreement.
This option does not include any negotiation by our office attorneys to finalize your Agreement.

Conversion Divorce - Our Least Expensive Option
$295 Plus Filing Fees*
Requirements: You have a formal Separation or Settlement Agreement that has been properly signed and acknowledged by you and your spouse AND you have performed all of our obligations under the Separation or Settlement Agreement.
Since you already have a signed Separation and Settlement Agreement, you are eligible for a Conversion Divorce which incorporates the terms of your Separation or Settlement Agreement into a Judgment of Divorce.
We will prepare all of the papers necessary to obtain your Conversion Divorce, which will include a Judgment of Divorce that incorporates all of the terms of your Separation Agreement.

Mediated Agreement Divorce
$495 Plus Filing Fees*
Requirements: You have successfully completed Mediation and you have a Memorandum of Understanding that was prepared by the Mediator.
We do require that you provide us with the Memorandum of Understanding and we will use that document to prepare a Separation and Settlement Agreement for you. We will prepare all of the papers necessary to finalize your Divorce, which will include a Judgment of Divorce that incorporates all of the terms of your Separation Agreement.
This option does not include any negotiation by our office attorneys to finalize your Agreement. If you do not have a Memorandum of Understanding, you must select, you cannot use this option.

* Filing Fees and Disbursements
New York State Filing Fees are mandatory and must be paid for every Divorce Action in New York State. The Filing Fees were increased, effective July 14, 2003. Those Fees and the cost of serving the Divorce Papers, and filing them with the County Clerks office totaling $630, are listed below.
